The Shore Delights of Jersey cookbook features a number of recipes submitted by Jersey Shore locals. Proceeds benefit local and international organizations.
We are so excited to be part of our church’s cookbook project! The Shore Delights of Jersey cookbook published by the Point Pleasant Presbyterian Church (PPPC) features an array of recipes for appetizers, muffins and breads, soups, salads, sides, entrees, desserts and beverages submitted by church members. Many have a “shore” title, such as our own Jersey Shore Farmer’s Market Blueberry Muffins and A “White Bean” Dip in the Ocean.
The book was put together by the Point Pleasant Presbyterian Women and can be purchased at the following local shops and eateries:
Point Pleasant Beach
The Sand House
Point Pleasant Beach Chamber of Commerce
Colonial Ranch Market
Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce
Noon Design Shop
Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will benefit a number of local and international missions, such as Church World Service, Samaritan’s Purse, Little Dresses for Africa, Operation Christmas Child, Joan Valentine House, St. Gregory’s Pantry, the PPPC nursery and safe havens for women.
The books are $10.00 and must be paid for with cash or check only. Be sure to get yours today and support these great causes while cooking up some Jersey Shore delights!
