Low-Carb White Cheddar Biscuits [Gluten-Free, Grain-Free]

  • 1/4 cup melted butter (cooled a little so not too hot)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese


  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together melted butter, eggs, parsley, salt, white pepper and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine coconut flour, almond flour and baking soda in a separate bowl.
  • Whisk flour mixture into butter mixture.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese.
  • Use a cookie scoop to drop biscuit dough onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-16 minutes until biscuits are set and tops are golden brown.


*I used a #30 disher for a yield of 8 biscuits. If you'd like them smaller, you can use a smaller cookie scoop/disher for a yield of 12 biscuits.
