FOR ALL 4 OPTIONS

  • 1 slice of your favorite bread traditional or gluten-free, toasted
  • 1/2 avocado mashed with fork

  • 1 hard boiled egg peeled and sliced into circles
  • Salt to taste
  • Red pepper hot sauce to taste

Instructions

FOR THE AVOCADO TOAST WITH FRIED EGG

  • Spread mashed avocado onto toast and top with your cooked egg.
  • Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle on extra virgin olive oil to taste.

FOR THE AVOCADO TOAST WITH HARD BOILED EGG

  • Spread mashed avocado onto toast and top with sliced hard boiled egg circles
  • Top with salt and red pepper hot sauce to taste.

FOR THE AVOCADO TOAST WITH PARMESAN CHEESE

  • Spread mashed avocado onto toast.
  • Top with shaved Parmesan cheese (if vegetarian, use vegetarian Parmesan cheese).
  • Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle on extra virgin olive oil to taste.
