  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium frozen banana, peeled and sliced prior to freezing
  • 1 cup unsweetened, plain coconut milk, not canned (I used So Delicious)
  • 2 heaping tbsp creamy, no sugar added peanut butter (I used 365 brand creamy, no sugar added peanut butter.)


  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth and well-incorporated.
