Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Divide the pizza dough into the desired number of portions. Shape them into round balls. On a floured surface, flatten and stretch each dough portion into your desired pizza shape.
  • Place the shaped dough onto a pizza stone, baking sheet, or pizza peel lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the vegan cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Add any desired vegetable toppings, distributing evenly over the pizza.
  • Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish the pizza with basil leaves and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Lastly, slice and serve!
