Heat 1 tablespoon oil or butter in a small saucepan over low heat until warm and melted (if butter). Add in the everything bagel seasoning until they start to crackle (10-15 seconds). Remove from heat.
Once the everything bagel seasoning is removed from heat, add the seasoning into the yogurt along with the remaining ingredients.
Mix together all the ingredients to form a yogurt batter: everything bagel seasoning, onion, yogurt, cilantro, black pepper, and chili powder, chili flakes and turmeric in a small bowl; season with salt.
Spread yogurt mixture evenly on both sides of the bread slices.Grease the pan with butter or oil. Pan fry on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side until slightly crispy and golden brown.
Remove from pan and allow for the toast to cool for 2-3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
