  • Toast bread to your liking.
  • Mash ½ of an avocado with a fork in a small bowl. Spread the mashed avocado onto the piece of toast.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, followed by crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to the slice of avocado-topped toast. Drizzle on olive oil.
