  • 1 blender or juicer
  • 1 strainer

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple Medium Sized
  • 1 Beetroot Small to Medium
  • 2 Carrots Medium Sized
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Set up your ingredients. Peel your carrots, beets and ginger
    1 Apple, 1 Beetroot, 2 Carrots, 1 inch Ginger, ⅓ cup Pomegranate Juice, 1 cup Water
  • Cut your veggies and fruits into bite sized pieces and add them to the blender or juicer
  • Add water and pomegranate juice. Blend until you get a juice consistency. Adjust your water as needed depending on the taste
  • Strain the pulp if using the blender

Notes

  • Adjust water as needed. Less water will give you a more concentrated juice and gives you a more intense flavor
  • Substitute orange or lemon juice instead of pomegranate juice for a zesty kick
