1slicebread(GF if needed)
½avocado
½cupbaby arugula
1-2teaspoonspine nuts
fine sea salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1teaspoonolive oil(extra virgin)
Instructions
Toast bread to your liking.
Scoop the avocado flesh into a small bowl and mash with a fork. Spread the mashed avocado onto the piece of toast.
Add arugula and pine nuts to the avocado-topped toast. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Drizzle on olive oil.
