  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk

  • 4-5 Oreo cookies or any chocolate sandwich cookies, plus extra for garnish
  • Vegan whipped cream optional, for topping
  • Vegan chocolate sauce optional, for drizzling

Instructions

  • Allow the dairy-free vanilla ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature for easier blending.
  • In a blender, combine the softened dairy-free vanilla ice cream, unsweetened almond milk, vegan protein powder, and 4-5 vegan Oreo cookies (or chocolate sandwich cookies).
