Top Tips for Success
Tip 1: Do not overheat your oil when mixing in the herbs. Bring the oil mix to a gentle medium-low heat until the herbs are infused into the oil. Herbs like rosemary are quick to cook and can taste bitter if you tend to overheat them.Tip 2: Check on your nuts while baking and stir them often (every 10-15 minutes) so that the nuts brown evenly across. You can tell the nuts are done roasting when the cashews turn golden brown.
