    Who doesn't love brunch?! It's the perfect meal, your favorite combinations of some breakfast foods, some light lunch type recipes, and usually a hint of something sweet, you really can't go wrong. Plus serving brunch is great for special occasions, parties, showers, Mother’s Day, and the perfect thing to do on a lazy Sunday afternoon! So today, I'm serving up 43 of the best vegan brunch recipes!

    How do you plan a brunch menu?

    I like to get a headcount of who I'm serving and start rummaging through my go to breakfast and light lunch recipes and see what I think they might like.

    Then I try to go for a variety of brunch ideas so there's something for everyone, but it's not too labor intensive, exhausting or draining for me. Brunch is supposed to be fun!

    And then I pick things that I think will go well together, take a look down this list of 43 awesome ideas and make a meal plan

    So without holding us back any longer, lets get to these great options for brunch!
